Remote Printing service is not available in the HP Smart app (iOS) - HP Laser MFP 137fnw

Remote Printing service in HP Smart for Apple iPhone and iPad is discontinued as of October 07, 2020 and no longer displays as a print option. Continue to print remotely with Print Anywhere or HP ePrint.

Remote printing options

Use Print Anywhere or ePrint to print remotely and share printer access with others.

  •  Print Anywhere with the HP Smart app: Remotely send print jobs with the HP Smart app when you are away from the printer. Available with HP+ printers and select non-HP+ models released in Fall of 2020 and later. For more information, go to Print Anywhere with the HP Smart app.

  •  HP ePrint: Securely send print jobs from an email account when connected to the internet. Available with printers released before Fall of 2020 that support Web Services. For more information, go to Print with HP ePrint.
