HP printers - 'Something unexpected happened' message during sign-in

When signing in to your HP Smart or Instant Ink account, a Something unexpected happened message displays, and you are unable to sign in.

There might be an issue with your account sign-in credentials. Contact HP Customer Support for further assistance.

If either a UU_400_EB000U0004 or OW_500_OWSID00001 error code displays with the message, select HP inkjet printers or HP LaserJet printers for more troubleshooting information.
